Thomas Kremer, geboren 1969 in São Paulo, Brasilien, ist der jüngste Sohn deutscher Auswanderer, die Mitte der sechziger Jahre aus Friedrichshafen nach Brasilien zogen. Sein Kontakt zur Fotografie begann bereits in jungen Jahren. Ausgestattet mit einer Leica fotografierte, entwickelte und vergrößerte er seine Bilder selbst. So vertiefte er die Technik, die er als Grundlage für seine Fotografie erlernte. Letztendlich wurde sein Hobby zur großen Inspiration seines Lebens.
In den frühen 1990er Jahren lebte und arbeitete er in Deutschland, wo er die Möglichkeit hatte, europäische Fotografie-Meister wie Axel Gnad, Hans Hansen und Peter Knaup kennenzulernen und als Assistent zu arbeiten. Während dieser Zeit sammelte er Erfahrungen in professionellen Fotostudios in Düsseldorf. Nach dieser intensiven Lernphase entschied er sich für die Rückkehr nach Brasilien und eröffnete sein eigenes Studio in São Paulo.
Seine ersten Kunden waren führende und einflussreiche Magazine, und bereits im zweiten Jahr fotografierte er monatlich für bis zu 22 nationale und internationale Publikationen. Bald folgten Aufträge aus der Werbe- und Designbranche. Thomas Kremer ist bekannt für seine Professionalität, seine freundliche Art und seine Bilder, die Schönheit und Präzision vereinen.
Heute zählen Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Beauty, Food, Schmuck und Architektur zu seinen größten Kunden. Mit einem Full-Service-Ansatz – von der Koordination bis zur Bildbearbeitung – schafft er Fotografien, die seine Arbeit zu einem visuellen Erlebnis machen und zum geschäftlichen Erfolg seiner Kunden beitragen.
Neben seiner Studioarbeit engagiert sich Thomas Kremer auch in kulturellen Projekten und hat bereits vier persönliche Fotobücher veröffentlicht. Durch die ästhetische Schönheit seiner Landschaftsaufnahmen möchte er Menschen sensibilisieren und sie zu einem harmonischen und verantwortungsbewussten Umgang mit der Natur inspirieren. Seine Leidenschaft für Fotografie entwickelt er sowohl in seinen Studien als auch in seiner künstlerischen Arbeit kontinuierlich weiter. Ständige visuelle Erneuerung, neue Technologien und aktuelle Themen sind zentrale Aspekte seiner persönlichen Projekte.
Heute lebt Thomas Kremer in München, Deutschland, und fotografiert überall, wo exzellente Fotografien gefragt sind.
Thomas beginnt nun eine neue Phase als Künstler: Für jedes seiner Werke sucht er eine Person, die – unabhängig von ihrem Standort – von seinem Kunstwerk berührt wird.Er empfindet, dass sich seine Leidenschaft nur dann entfaltet, wenn eine Person sich von seinem Werk berührt fühlt – denn erst dadurch erhält jedes einzelne Werk seine Daseinsberechtigung.

Thomas Kremer, born 1969 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is the youngest son of German emigrants that left Germany in the middle sixties, from Friederichshafen. His contact with photography began at a young age. Equipped with a Leica, he photographed, developed and enlarged himself. So he expanded the technique he learned as the basis for his photography. After all, his hobby became the great inspiration of his life. In the early 1990s he lived and worked in Germany, where he had the opportunity to meet the masters of European photography such as Axel Gnad, Hans Hansen, Peter Knaup, among others, working as assistant. During this time he worked in Pro Studios in Düsseldorf. After this learning period, he decided to return to Brazil and opened his own studioin São Paulo. His first customers were the biggest and most important magazines and already in the second year he photographed monthly for up to 22 national and international titles. This followed by customers from the advertising and design market. He is known for its professionalism, friendliness and photos reproducing beauty and accuracy. Today, his biggest customers are in the beauty, food, jewelry and architecture sectors. With a full-service photography, which goes from coordination to image processing, pictures are created that will make the observations of his work a pleasant experience, and contribute to commercial successo his clients. In addition to the studio, Thomas has also been responsible for cultural projects and has published four personal project books. Through the aesthetic beauty of his landscapes, he wants to sensitize people and develop in them an harmonic and protectionist action with nature and environment. He developed his passion for photography in the personal sphere with his studies and artistic photos. A constant visual renovation, new technology and topics are being pursued trough his personal work. Today Thomas lives in Munich, Germany and works wherever good photos are required.
Thomas is now embarking on a new phase as an artist: For each of his works, he seeks a person who—regardless of their location—is moved by his artwork. He feels that his passion only truly unfolds when someone is touched by his creation, as this is what ultimately gives each piece its raison d'être
